We currently ship via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate (3-7 days)  WITHIN The United States. Or to the west coast via USPS Standard Ground Rate (3-7 days) your choice upon checkout. Delivery times indicated  do not include possible order processing time of up to two business days. While we try to ensure that only in-stock items are available to order there are occasions when some merchandise may be oversold. You will be notified if an item is unavailable for shipment. All shipments include a Packing Slip, no pricing information is included with your order.  Games Galore extends a 30-day guarantee for all orders. If we are not notified within 30 days , we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement. All unopened merchandise may be returned to us for a refund less the original shipping charges. Any opened item can not be returned unless it is defective. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
